DHL Helicopter Speeds Urgent Material in New York for Trip to Major European Destinations. DHL introduced four years ago the most competitive service available for urgent next day documents from New York City to major European destinations. Customers in financial services, banking, insurance, advertising, publishing, or other industries where document delivery is critical can receive next day delivery to nine major business centers across Europe at no additional cost. For more than two decades, DHL has been leveraging its Manhattan helicopter to serve the financial district, and is the only express shipper to provide continual same day and overnight delivery of cash letters from Europe and Asia to the US banking system
Boeing 777 Freighter
The 777 Freighter is the world's longest-range twin-engine freighter and features the lowest trip cost of any large freighter. It features a payload capability of 225,200 pounds (102 metric tons), a range of 4,900 nautical miles (9,070 kilometers) and 10-foot (3.1-meter) interior height capability. The 777 Freighter is powered by General Electric's GE90-110B1L/115BL and meets QC2 noise standards. Twelve customers have ordered a total of 73 777 Freighters.
New Boeing 777 Freighter for Qatar
Qatar Airways is waiting for three 777 Freighters ordered in May 2009 , for deployment on Far East and European routes. The 777 Freighter’s entry into service has been very successful, with a dispatch reliability of 99.1 percent since entering service in February 2011. Qatar Airways’ 777 Freighter is the 23rd delivery overall.

The Deltaport Third Berth Project will add a third berth to the existing two berth terminal at the Deltaport container terminal, located at Roberts Bank in Delta, BC. The Deltaport Third Berth Project is in direct response to the growing needs of Canadian industry and consumer demand for the benefit of British Columbia and Canadian workers and economies.

New Spanish flighy for Cathay Pacific
Cathay Pacific Airways launched a new market in Europe with a new scheduled freighter service to Zaragoza, Spain, with flights departing Hong Kong every Tuesday and Friday. With this new service, Cathay Pacific is the first airline operating a freighter service India to Spain, bringing to five the number of European destinations that shippers in India can choose from, including Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London and Paris. The new freighter destination is operated as an extension of one of the airline’s existing freighter services flying from Hong Kong to Delhi, then onward to Amsterdam and Zaragoza, returning to Hong Kong via Dubai.

When the master planners of Hartsfield-Jackson devised one of the world's largest passenger terminals, they provided flexibility for the movement of cargo in the design as well. There are three main air cargo complexes at Hartsfield-Jackson: North, Midfield and South. The total on-airport air cargo warehouse space measures 2 million square feet. More than 200 million people, 80 percent of U.S. consumers, are within two hours' flight time from Hartsfield-Jackson, or one day's trucking by highway. Adjoining the Airport is the 250-acre Georgia Foreign Trade Zone, FTZ # 26, which facilitates trade and increase the global competitiveness of companies doing business in Georgia by reducing operating costs associated with international trade. Hartsfield-Jackson's cargo services feature operations by more than 100 licensed customs brokers and 200 domestic and international freight forwarders.
